Lizzie and I met entirely by chance about a month and a half ago when she joined Nate Bergman and myself on a little meet up outside of Edinburgh for some filming in Roslin Glen. At the time, I asked if she might have a sad song she would want to share and I was absolutely blown away by her storytelling. Not only that but when asking if she might want to record next to the river she turned to me and said "Actually, if possible I think I'd like to film IN the river."
A truly magnificent musician, you can find her latest album -that this song is taken from- "Halfsies" on all the places you might stream music.
